Weekend or holiday inquiries may require 1–2 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

RETURNS

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Return Requirements:
  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be undamaged
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Product must remain in “like new” condition
Important:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return labels are not provided unless otherwise stated
  • Return shipping instructions and approved return address will be provided by email
Proof of Shipment:

Customers must provide valid shipment proof (such as tracking or shipping label photo) within the approved timeframe.

Failure to provide proof may result in refund denial.

REFUNDS

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds cannot be issued to alternate payment methods for security reasons.
